If you are not satisfied with ReChord, contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued.
To receive a refund, first you have to deactivate your ReChord copy from the Scanner menu (you need to be connected to the Internet for this operation). Then, send us an email at email@example.com with your license key and the email address used to purchase the plugin. Once we have confirmed your license details and that your ReChord copy has been deactivated, we will issue you a refund via your original payment method.
The license key issued to you for the refunded product will be disabled.
